Orders & payments

• Prices shown at booking are starting rates; final quotes may include add-ons.
• Payment is required as per the checkout flow before work begins, unless stated otherwise.
• You are responsible for providing accurate measurements and garment details.

Pickup & delivery

Pickup and delivery slots are subject to availability. You must ensure someone is available at the scheduled address. Failed pickup or delivery attempts may incur additional charges.

Limitation of liability

Swift Seam is not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, including fabric defects supplied by the customer, incorrect measurements provided by the customer, or force majeure events.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
