How do I place a stitching order?
Browse stitching categories, choose a style, add any options, and complete checkout with your measurements and pickup address.
How long does tailoring take?
Most orders are completed in 5–14 business days depending on the garment and add-ons. You'll see an estimated timeline at booking.
Do you provide fabric?
You can send your own fabric with pickup, or note fabric requirements in your order. We can advise on yardage using our fabric calculator.
How do I track my order?
Use the Order Tracking page with your order number, or sign in to view all orders on your dashboard.
What if the fit isn't right?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number. If the issue is due to our measurement or stitching error, we'll arrange a complimentary fix where applicable.
Which cities do you serve?
We currently serve major metros including Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, and Hyderabad. Check your pin code at checkout for availability.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders cancelled before tailoring work begins receive a full refund. Once work has started, cancellation may not be possible.
